In accordance with the Australian  Copyright Act 1968 (amended) You agree that the photographer, or creator, on behalf of The Picture Desk, also trading as CREATIVE Property Marketing, retains all rights, title and interest, including copyright in the work, including, but not limited to images, stills or video, floorplans, copywriting. In return for the payment of the fee, the photographer, or creator, grants to you a worldwide non-exclusive licence to use the Work for the agreed purpose. In the case of real estate marketing, this usage is exclusive to the first commission only. Your usage is limited to web and print media for display advertising only. No assignment or sublicensing to third parties, including, without limitation, related publications, other real estate agencies, secondary property owners or purposes, any commercial use, use for profit, is permitted without the written consent of the photographer, or creator. Such licence may be revoked by the company in the event that any fees remain unpaid for a period of more than 30 days, or as stated in the contract.
